Helen Maree is a certified Nutritionist, Naturopath, Gerontologist and Anti-Aging expert. She has also studied Psychology, Aromatherapy and Organic Farming and Gardening. She has been in the health and beauty industry for over 20 years and has worked for Australian and world leading brands in Health and Beauty. Her interest in natural health and beauty began when she was a child and her passion in these areas has led her to seek out the best methods for nurturing the body, mind, and spirit.
